Chinwe Omena Kpaduwa

Managing Partner

Born in Takoma Park, Maryland, and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, Chinwe Kpaduwa is the current managing partner and an accomplished trial lawyer with extensive experience in civil litigation. She attended Queen’s College Yaba before earning her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Berea College and her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. She specializes in car accidents, personal injury, and wrongful death cases, drawing on over a decade of experience as the founder of Omena Law Firm, LLC, her work as an Assistant State’s Attorney, and her time as an insurance adjuster handling and settling automobile and personal injury claims. She is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland.

Chinwe has been recognized as one of the Top 40 Under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers, received the Client’s Choice Award, and been named a Top Attorney by Avvo. She also served as president of the Nigerian American Lawyers Association (NALA) from 2022 to 2023. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys outdoor adventures, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
